Clear and fair refund guidelines for Destini.ai services

At destini.ai, your satisfaction is our priority. We operate with clarity and fairness — for both our customers and our business.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds when:

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access.
  • You were incorrectly charged due to a system error.
  • You cancel within the refund window (see below).

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused services where access was provided.
  • Personal preferences after usage.

2. Refund Window

  • Digital services / subscriptions: within 7 days of purchase or renewal.
  • One-time purchases: within 48 hours, if content hasn't been significantly used.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email techsupport@destini.ai with your order details and reason. We respond within 2–3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 working days.
